BTR-70, Donbass

It took me about 2 months to finish the model. The Trumpeter kit is very nice and the parts fit decently. I used aftermarket barrels and antennae base, added wires and weld seams. Window bars (fences) and light guards were soldered from wire and copper foil. This type of window frame bars was very popular in ex-USSR in 1990s, so they look very cool and special for being attached to an AFV.
The stowage was taken from Minart, DAN models, Realmodel.
I was inspired by photos of 2 BTR-80s belonging to both sides of the conflict in the Donbass region hence I made kinda generic BTR. Yes, mine is BTR-70, but never mind  The photos were taken from
